68 UNIT APARTMENT IN MIDTOWN SACRAMENTO

This exciting, new, urban mixed-use project is located on the NE corner of 19th and Q streets in Midtown Sacramento. It will feature a four story residential building with 68 units, nearly 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 38 on-site parking spaces. The design concept for the project was based on existing architectural themes in the area (quality materials with a traditional design). The building will be wood frame construction, with wood, brick, stucco and metal finishes. Large, dual pane windows (with interior shades) will be prominent features of the design and will nicely showcase the tall ceilings and maximize the natural light.

Founded in 2010, C2K Architecture is led by principals Kevin Sauser and John Wright. Today, our staff of over 40 creatives offers architectural and interior design services to private companies, real estate developers, building contractors, and nonprofits. Our portfolio includes high rises, mixed-use developments, offices, retail centers, tenant improvements, and residential projects of all kinds. We’ve also designed and built health and fitness facilities as well as hospitality and entertainment venues.
